- Status is communicated weekly to team members, stakeholders and
management.
- RFPs, SOWs, BRDs, FSDs, Technical Designs and extensive Test
Scripts are prepared.
- Coding and Unit Tests are executed. Conversion Plans are prepared, tested and executed.
- Shakedown, System Integration, User Acceptance and Enterprise
Tests are executed.
- Business processes are streamlined and documented with System
Deployments.
- Deployment Plans are developed, maintained and executed with
team members.
- Post Implementation Support and Troubleshooting is provided to
IT and Users.
