Enough of the methodology tools are used to provide the deliverables necessary without becoming overly structured with the tools and not achieve the end results.  WPI customizes methodology tools to the needs of each company to provide requirements results that both the Business can sign off on and the developers can build to with confidence. 

• Offsites with Business and IT Personnel are facilited to gather and document requirements for approval.
• Business Process Flows  and Data Models are used at the offsites.
• LiveMeeting and NetMmeeting are used to walkthrough screen designs, screen flows and logic to validate the requirements.
• Architects and developers are an integral part of the process to ensure the Functional and Technical Designs are documented accurately and overall architecture is adhered to.
• Business Personnel work with developers as coding progresses and assist in unit testing as applicable.
• Developers support thorough and extensive Integrated System Testing and User Acceptance Testing with Business Personnel.  These include conversion testing as necessary.
